Feed us with your finest bread so that we may have food for this life and a foretaste of eternity, where you live and reign with your Son and the Holy Spirit, now and forever.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>1<\/sup>Sing aloud unto God our strength: make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>2<\/sup>Take a psalm, and bring hither the timbrel, the pleasant harp with the psaltery.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>3<\/sup>Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>4<\/sup>For this was a statute for Israel, and a law of the God of Jacob.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>5<\/sup>This he ordained in Joseph for a testimony, when he went out through the land of Egypt: where I heard a language that I understood not.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>6<\/sup>I removed his shoulder from the burden: his hands were delivered from the pots.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>7<\/sup>Thou calledst in trouble, and I delivered thee; I answered thee in the secret place of thunder: I proved thee at the waters of Meribah. Selah.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>8<\/sup>Hear, O my people, and I will testify unto thee: O Israel, if thou wilt hearken unto me;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>9<\/sup>There shall no strange god be in thee; neither shalt thou worship any strange god.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>10<\/sup>I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>11<\/sup>But my people would not hearken to my voice; and Israel would none of me.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>12<\/sup>So I gave them up unto their own hearts\u2019 lust: and they walked in their own counsels.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>13<\/sup>Oh that my people had hearkened unto me, and Israel had walked in my ways!<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>14<\/sup>I should soon have subdued their enemies, and turned my hand against their adversaries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>15<\/sup>The haters of the LORD should have submitted themselves unto him: but their time should have endured for ever.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><sup>16<\/sup>He should have fed them also with the finest of the wheat: and with honey out of the rock should I have satisfied thee.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To the chief Musician upon Git\u2019-tith, A Psalm of A\u2019-saph.
