To the chief Musician, to Je-du\u2019-thun, A Psalm of David.<\/p>\n

LBW Psalm Prayer:<\/h4>\n

Lord God, in a constantly changing world we look to you as our rock of hope. Hear us as we pour out our hearts to you, and give us your grace and secure protection; through your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.<\/p>\n

1<\/sup>Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation.<\/p>\n

2<\/sup>He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.<\/p>\n

3<\/sup>How long will ye imagine mischief against a man? ye shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall shall ye be, and as a tottering fence.<\/p>\n

4<\/sup>They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.<\/p>\n

5<\/sup>My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.<\/p>\n

6<\/sup>He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.<\/p>\n

7<\/sup>In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.<\/p>\n

8<\/sup>Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.<\/p>\n

9<\/sup>Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.<\/p>\n

10<\/sup>Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.<\/p>\n

11<\/sup>God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.<\/p>\n
